This is the first hinged container lid that works with the Anova sous vide cooker and the Rubbermaid, Cambro or Everie container. The sturdy hinge is tested to perform well for up to 100,000 uses.

 

These sous vide lids are designed to perfectly mount the ANOVA sous vide cookers to the 12 Qt / 18 Qt / 22 Qt Rubbermaid sous vide containers. The lids assist in keeping water evaporation to a minimum and allow for a longer cooking time, even overnight, without having to refill the water in the container.

This Patent Pending Design has the mounting hole in the corner of the container where the water flow is optimized for heat transfer. The hinged lid allows easier access to the food being cooked. You simply fold the lid in the center to add or remove food from the water bath.

No Bag Clamps are Required. The flexible, BPA free, plastic lid clamps the vacuum sealed bags to the container firmly to avoid having the bags float around the water bath.
